Real estate developer M Squared (M2 Development) has continued to hit the billboards of Cairo with their active outdoor advertising strategy to promote their residential project Trio, after their latest OOH campaign in May as well.

Nearly two years since its launching campaign back in 2018; M Squared is bringing back Trio Garden to the OOH scene to announce its new phase The Annex on a simple yet daring design template to show the essence of the developer that has always been bringing different conceptual art to Cairo’s billboards, using black and white as a background to reflect minimalism, with a 3D design of their phase to give the audiences a glimpse of what is about to be real. On the other side, the ad copy reads “The Annex”, “Trio”, adding the developer's name and hotline for any further information needed.

Replacing their recent visuals with the new one on the same OOH locations; the campaign was seen during the last week of May with a huge media plan to be able to contain all these different OOH sizes of billboards, serials of uni-poles, mega-signs, double-decker poles and a butterfly in various locations across Greater Cairo.
