The Egyptian Ministry of Health & Population has launched an outdoor campaign to spread the word about the new Universal Health Insurance program, in cooperation with 100 Million Health Lives initiative, featuring the actor and star Ashraf Abdel Baky. It appears in the streets after nearly seven months since its last OOH campiagn.

The outdoor media plan is part of a multi-channel campaign that started with a TV commercial featuring the actor who was inspiringly giving details about the program. The OOH campaign has shown up with the program's logo and dominating blue color that often conveys trust and reliability, bringing cheerful shots of the video with Abdel Baky while spreading the fact that Universal Health Insurance is granting "Top quality healthcare services for every Egyptian.", placing the hotline right after at the bottom for the audience to learn more.
