The Pulse is the ideal mixed-use community for young professionals and families to live, work, and connect. The compound incorporates modern apartments and contemporary townhouses. 

Residents and owners will also have access to a wide variety of retail businesses, including a supermarket, barbershop, ladies salon, laundry store, and a number of restaurants and cafés. THE PULSE BEACHFRONT concept includes residential structures, townhouses, a shopping mall, hotels, a mosque, and a retail boulevard. The strategic locations endorse seamless connectivity along with 8 integrated districts; Commercial District, Golf District, Residential District, Humanitarian District, Logistics District, MBR Aerospace Hub, Al Maktoum International Airport, and Expo 2020 Dubai District. The ad visual highlights that the phenomenal development is "COMING SOON" as well as portraying the architectural landscape, green areas, as well as residential clusters, highlighting the ad copy "800SOUTH". The advert also informs the masses that THE PULSE BEACHFRONT is "A Development by Dubai South". 

The OOH campaign is a relatively new one that was launched during the first week of September, and distributed across limited billboard spots.
